You can build a registration form fully tailored to your event — add your own fields, content, logo, background, and colors, and set the required marketing and GDPR consents.
After registering, every participant can receive a link to a dedicated page with their participation summary, where they can review their details, check their payment status, and download an invoice.
On your event website you can publish every key piece of information — the agenda, tickets, sponsors, and contact details. Everything is editable and you can add your own subpages.
You can browse the full list of participants with their payment statuses, participation options, and contact details. Filter, sort, and export the data, and open a profile to download an entry ticket or certificate.
The system handles every accounting document you need: proformas, prepayments, settlements, VAT, and corrections. Invoices are issued automatically after registration or after payment, and thanks to the KSeF integration they go straight to Poland's National e-Invoice System.
Your participants can receive an entry ticket with a unique QR code. The ticket is generated automatically once registration is paid and can be scanned at the door or in the mobile app.
After the event you can send participants personalised certificates of attendance. The certificate template is fully editable — add your own logo, signatures, and content, and the system will send them out automatically.
From the organizer panel you can browse detailed event statistics and build your own reports. You can analyze the data with the help of an AI Assistant by asking it any question.

Harness the latest artificial intelligence technologies. Ask the Assistant a question about the event, and you’ll receive a comprehensive answer. It’s like having your own personal event management expert at your disposal.
The assistant will help you in creating content for the event page, preparing messages and announcements, searching in the system, preparing reports, and in many other aspects of organizing and promoting the event.
