The SF-CONFERENCE system is a modern participant registration platform providing essential tools that enable efficient event management for events of any size. We support conferences, training sessions, courses, corporate meetings, and other events. Thanks to the intuitive system, organizing your event becomes simpler, faster, and more effective.

A registration form fully tailored to your event. You can add your own fields, content, logo, background and colors and configure required marketing consents and GDPR.

After registration, each participant can receive a link to a dedicated page with an attendance summary, where they can view their data, check their payment status and download an invoice.

On the event page, you can include all essential information, such as the agenda, tickets, sponsors, and contact details. Everything is editable, and you can add your own subpages.

In the organizer panel, you will find a complete list of participants. You can easily search, filter, and sort it, as well as download the data to Excel or send participants an email message.

With dedicated payment and invoice pages, you can easily monitor participants’ payment statuses. Invoices can be issued and sent automatically after registration or payment.

The organizer panel also includes detailed event statistics. You can create your own reports and analyze data with the help of the AI Assistant, asking it any questions.

Meet our AI Assistant!
Harness the latest artificial intelligence technologies. Ask the Assistant a question about the event, and you’ll receive a comprehensive answer. It’s like having your own personal event management expert at your disposal.
The assistant will help you with creating content for the event page, preparing messages and announcements, searching within the system, creating reports, and many other aspects of event organization and promotion.
